There are better medically validated detox programs out there..., 2008-05-01
This book is for pre-clears. They don't exist, neither do clears.

Find one, I can tell you now that anyone who claims they have reached clear still get the occasional headache, still are affected by the flue, environmental factors are fibbing, and have zero physical evidence to the contrary. Evidence is crucial, not testimonials that may very well be biased after reading such an interestingly written book - Hubbard is a science-fiction writer. Contrary to popular belief; is not qualified to be a doctor as you can see a court hearing on youtube of his son speaking out about that fabrication - and the many others he created.

I've read the book, I've also read many others of Hubbard's and none of them have any scientific validation, no proper testing, no double blind testing - nothing, find some, just try. This book as I read it was nothing more than a rope in to join the Scientology religion. If you want lots of information visit xenu.net you can get allot of insight there on what these books really are about.

PS, there are allot better medically validated detox programs out there.

I am clean of toxins, 2006-06-15
I had a 21 year history of allergies that was growing yearly - I was taking asthma medications daily, and I started to gain weight because any exercise initiated an asthma attack - so I started to become dormant. Literally I was backing out of life. Then I turned to allergy medications. They may have been over the counter, and represented as harmless, but I was tired, forgetful, and lacked enthusiasm about work, and life. So I started searching for alternative medicines. I tried different therapies, but nothing got rid of the asthma. Then I found this book, and read it. It totally made sense. But now I grappled with 'How am I going to do the actual program?'

I finally decided that I was going to make it happen. I had lost too much time becoming complacent, and drugging myself to live. So I went to a centre, and did it. It was difficult; there were lots of vitamins involved, and I didn't like sauna's (although I love them now) and it took me 28 days, as I had a history of X-Rays, Dental Work, Surgeries, sunburns/radiation exposure. While I was on it, and afterwards though, the results were unbelievable.

Today, 2 years after the program, I haven't gotten sick, I have never taken a drug for allergies, asthma, or any other purpose/reason, and I feel CLEAN. And the best adjustment came naturally - I don't want to put anything into my body now that isn't good for it. I have a clean body, and I'm going to keep it that way now.

Isn't it worth taking a look at for yourself? I am glad I did, and I hope you do too.

Excellent Data-A must for everyone on this earth, 2006-04-23
If you live in todays polluted enviorment, and the influence of dangerous drugs, and toxins in the air, and our food. You need this information.
I loved the program. I did it 3 times so far, and im 36 soon.
Each time i felt a total cleansing, and a return of mental function, and energy, i had lost.
I work a lot in housepainting, and get assaulted every day by toxins, and felt myself getting sluggish, and brain dead.
I also am a chess finatic, and couldnt get much improvement, even though i was studing, and playing a lot.
After doing the program at the Hubbard organization, i could think better, see better, smell better, and play chess better!
I got to new rating highs, and actualy learn what i study now.
This data could add years to your life, and get rid of toxins, that medical science cant!

Great Program!, 2005-10-18
One does not stay in the sauna five hours STRAIGHT! There are breaks one takes, in & out, in & out, etc. One does get a medical check-up before starting, so the concerns of running being "bad" are unfounded. This program was popular and effective for several NYC firefighters of 9/11, and their successes were phenomenal. Do read the book and think for yourself.
